HELP FOR ERYK
Eryk Walaszczyk is 14 years old. In November 2011, he was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and is currently undergoing a three-year intensive medical treatment at the Children's Hospital. Immense medical costs are beyond the family's ability to keep up financially. They need your help to complete Eryk's treatment.
Eryk came to Colorado in March, 2011. His father, a professor of geology at the University of Warsaw, was invited to participate in a research exchange program funded by the Polish Department of Education and the United States Geological Survey. They settled in Lakewood, CO where Eryk enrolled in Henry World Middle School, and his father worked at the Federal Center. They planned to return to Poland in March 2012, but will have to remain in Colorado until Eryk completes his treatment.
On Saturday, February 25th, 2012 The Polish Club of Denver, together with our partners, will host a fundraiser for Eryk. All donations support The Walaszczyk Family. With your help, we can make this a fun and successful event.

Denver performance of the Polish band BOYS has been cancelled.
All tickets will be refunded at the purchase locations.
The USA entry visa process has been significantly delayed and finial decision regarding the USA tour of the band had been postponed till the end of March 2012.
At this point, we are not sure if the band will be able to perform in Denver at the later date.
